Credits are an internal unit in NexxPhotoStock used to download photos, videos, music, and other media. Each type of content has its own “price” in credits. When you purchase a file, the required amount of credits is automatically deducted from your balance, and you receive a license to use it. Credits are not money and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Both subscriptions and packs give you credits. The difference is:

• Credit Pack — a one-time purchase of a fixed number of credits.
  
• Subscription — convenient monthly credit allocation, allowing you to plan expenses, save more, and carry over unused credits (rollover) as long as the subscription remains active.
  

Each subscription plan provides a set number of credits per month (e.g., 10, 25, 55, or 120). The amount depends on the chosen plan. All credits are added to your single balance, from which they are deducted when you download content.

• Subscription credits roll over to the next month as long as the subscription is active.
  
• One-off credit packs remain valid until fully used.
  
  If the subscription is canceled, subscription and rollover credits remain valid only until the end of the paid period.
  

Credits are automatically deducted in the required amount with each download. The system manages the source of deduction according to internal service rules. You can always view the details of each transaction in your transaction history in the account dashboard.

Simply go to the Pricing section of the website, select the desired credit pack or subscription plan, and complete the purchase using the available payment methods shown at checkout. All current options and prices are displayed on the purchase page.

Credits can be used for all NexxPhotoStock content:

• images (Flux and Prime Collections),
  
• videos,
  
• music and sound effects.
  
  The cost of each download depends on the type of content and collection, but the mechanism is always the same: the specified number of credits is deducted when you download.

Yes. All your credits are combined into a single balance, and the system will automatically apply the available credits without requiring you to choose a source manually.

In your NexxPhotoStock account dashboard, you can see your current credit balance, number of downloads used, active subscription, and complete transaction history. You can always check which credits were deducted and for which content.

Each time you download a file, you receive a license to use the content, not ownership of the file itself.

• The license is perpetual, non-exclusive, and worldwide.
  
• Both Standard and Extended Licenses (Print-Extended, Merchandising-Extended, Digital-Extended, AV-Extended) are available.
  
• Licenses already purchased remain valid even if you cancel your subscription or change your plan.
