Which license do I need?

When you download a file from NexxPhotoStock, you automatically obtain a Standard License. It grants the right to use the assets for personal, business, and commercial projects, except for cases explicitly limited in our license agreement.

This means you can use our images, videos, and music in advertising and marketing campaigns, on websites and in apps, on social media, in printed publications and books, on product packaging, as well as in television and film projects. For broader usage scenarios, an Extended License is available to unlock even more possibilities.

What is required to add an Extended License?

Unlimited Print Runs

Merchandise and Resale Products

On-Demand & Digital Templates

Paid Digital Advertising

TV, Cinema & Broadcast

Multi-Seat Access

Extended License Conditions

Each Extended License grants additional rights beyond the Standard License, such as unlimited print runs, resale of physical or digital products, paid advertising placements, or broadcast use. These rights are strictly defined in the Extended License categories (Print-Extended, Merchandising-Extended, Digital-Extended, AV-Extended, Multi-Seat). The scope of use is unlimited in time for the licensed project or product release, but all restrictions and prohibitions listed in the Terms of Use remain in effect.

Prohibited Use

Regardless of the type of license purchased, NexxPhotoStock materials may not be used:

  • In logos, trademarks, or service marks
  • In pornographic, obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory content
  • For the resale or redistribution of the file “as is” or as part of a competing stock/media library
  • In editorial-ineligible contexts if the file is marked as editorial-only
  • In any way that violates applicable laws or infringes on third-party rights

The full list of prohibited uses is provided in the materials licensing agreement.
